Brianda has been part of the Lake House team since 2021, bringing our team over 15 years of hospitality experience. Having worked various roles within the restaurant industry, she offers a well-rounded perspective and a deep respect for every member of the team.

As a Dining Room Manager, Brianda is known for her positive approach, efficiency and attention to detail, always striving to create a seamless experience for every guest. She leads with consistency and accountability, fostering a supportive and high-performing team environment.

Working closely with many young adults in their first roles, Brianda is especially passionate about mentorship. She takes pride in supporting their growth and aims to make a lasting, positive impact by encouraging confidence, strong work habits and a sense of responsibility they can carry into any path they pursue.

In addition to her work in hospitality, Brianda has a background in legal studies and is actively pursuing her family mediation designation. She is currently engaged in both academic study and hands-on internship experience, continuing to develop her skills in conflict resolution, communication and advocacy. Her work in this field reflects a strong commitment to fairness, ethical practice, and helping individuals navigate complex situations with clarity and respect.
