
Cole Renda
Cole was born in Guelph, Ontario but has lived most of his life in the Niagara region. Cole developed a passion for cooking in high school when he took the culinary program. Cole attended Niagara college where he graduated in 2018 from the Culinary Innovation and Food Technology program.
Cole has worked in family-owned restaurants as a cook across the Niagara region for many years before he settled down with the Butcher and Banker Restaurant and became their Kitchen Manager in their Fonthill location. Cole left to join the Lake House team in April 2024 as a Line Cook and was quickly promoted to the position of Chef de Partie of the Garde Manger section where all cold appetisers, salads, boards and desserts are prepared and plated. Cole is a very conscientious and detail oriented person and he is a great addition to the Lake House team.
