Chef Jeremy Ryan Eidt is a Red Seal certified culinary professional with over 30 years of experience in fine dining, hospitality and kitchen leadership across Ontario. His passion for cooking began in childhood, inspired by time spent in the kitchen with his mother, and became a profession in 1997 at the Shakespeare Arms in Guelph. From there, Jeremy built a diverse culinary career grounded in classical French technique while embracing global influences including Japanese, Caribbean, British, German and Italian cuisines.

Throughout his career, Jeremy has held leadership roles in both high-volume and refined dining environments, including his time with Mill Street Restaurants, where he strengthened his expertise in menu development, operational management and large-scale culinary execution. He also served as Executive Chef of La Vielle Auberge, where he showcased his deep appreciation for classical French cuisine, emphasizing traditional techniques, elegant presentation and rich, balanced flavors.

Most notably serving as Executive Chef in Burlington, Jeremy has earned a reputation for consistency, mentorship and culinary innovation. Known for his mastery of stocks, sauces, and smoked meats, he combines technical discipline with creative expression. Whether leading a professional kitchen or curating private dining experiences, he believes exceptional food is a powerful way to bring people together and create lasting memories.
