Adrine starting cooking at a very young age with his mother in the kitchen and it is from this experience that he grew a passion for cooking for others.

Adrine grew up In the Niagara region and he has rowed and played basketball most of his life.

Adrine strives to learn new things and to experience new flavours and recipes. He joined the Lake House team as a Line Cook in our Hot Appetizer section. Adrine continues to learn new skills and he has recently been trained to work the hot line as well. After working in the Hot Appetizer section for about one year, Adrine was promoted to the position of Chef de Partie. Adrine has a strong work ethic and has become a valuable member of the Lake House team.
